SOo here's a case that i need help with..
Joe has a civil case coming up at a local justice of the peace court... Jen told Joe that she would see him in court because he crimial case is being tried in the same court, on the same day... Joe did not believe Jen because he thinks that justice of the peace courts do not hear criminal AND civil cases...is joe correct? The justice of the peace courts do not hear both criminal and civil cases.. right?
Depends on your state. For example, in my state one building might have two JP courts: one civil and one criminal.
