How do you start and finish your civil case in proper order?

omg! i got 3 days and don't know where to start.

The Arbitrator sent me a letter saying I need to prove each element of each legal theory and will be required to meet each burden of proof of the case. Using a lay analogy from baseball.

He also added the umpired is not going to enlarge the strike zone for your pitches.

I am suing for Discrimination sexual harassment slander and abuse.

any help on how to put all this in order. I am about to call it off. Thank you%26gt;How do you start and finish your civil case in proper order?
Hello Angel. Only YOU can answer these questions, but I will paraphrase it so you can debate the best way to bring this out in court.

You are suing for discrimination. This means you were treated unfairly due to sex, sexual orientation, gender, race or religion. In what way were you discriminated that would fall within these guidelines? Which would apply in your situation?

You are claiming sexual harassment. This implies someone wanting sexual favors from you that were not wanted, invited nor asked for. Who did what? What was said or implied in a sexual manner that you found offensive?

You are filing for abuse. Same as above, you must give details of HOW you were abused by your boss or superior that injured you, insulted you or how were you treated differently from everyone else in your work environment?

Sit down, list the details on paper for a rough draft. Sit back and fill in all the blanks giving names, dates, statements made to you or actions taken against you.

If you can present enough facts supporting your allegations, you will win in court.

Best of luck and I hope this is useful to you
