There is some one who has put a civil case and used telephonic conversation alone as a evidence .Would court consider telephonic conversation as a proff and take decision?In case of civil Case voice recording on mobile phone can work as evidence in legal court ?
In some jurisdictions it would be admissible; up to the judge/jury to rule on it's validity and admissibility
