What fairytale could become a civil case in law?

Can someone help come up with a creative idea to turn a fairytale of any kind into a civil case-for example Goldilocks is sued for trespassing and conversion for damages she caused in the home. I need another fairytale in which someone can be sued! Thanks! What fairytale could become a civil case in law?
Cinderella.

Child abuse, child slavery, deprivation of liberty, annexation of entitlements on death of parents, depraved indifference on part of step-mother in failing to prevent bullying in household, sub-standard footwear (glass slippers), sub-standard and unhealthy transportation, i.e. coach with mice, etc, breach of contract by coachmen in turning into rats at the drop of a bell clapper, breach of care by fairy godmother in failing to provide adequately for the one big night out, fairy godmother making false and misleading promises for an unspecified gain.

Step-mother and sisters in breach of RICO laws in unlawfully gaining use of property and finances of C's deceased father (?)

Stalking by prince who is looking for a 'girl who fits the glass slipper' (sounds sinister), sexual harassment (he holds a position of power and his attentions may not be welcome), forced marriage because she fits 'the glass slipper', under-age marriage (probably).

The state for failing to provide adequate protection for a minor.

Dag-nab it! I could hang 'em meself! What fairytale could become a civil case in law?
Princess and the pea. I forget entirely how the story goes (you'd have to look it up), but there could definitely be some sort of mal-intent or negligence case for some serious back problems. I say at least a million in damages.
hansel and gratel desertion and negligence by parents

cinderella cruelty by stepmom

Aladdin and the magic lamp - repossession of the property i.e lamp

alice in wonderland - tresspassing

snow-white - crminal conspiracy and abetment of murder by stepmom

ali baba possessing stolen property
The big bad wolf in the three little pigs could be sued for destruction of property when he blows pig one and two's houses down. And the wolf from Little Red Riding Hood can be sued for murduring ridin' hoods grandma when he eats her.
The Scopes trial. The Intelligent Design in public schools cases. I don't know if they are civil cases, but they are definitely based on fairytales.
Rumpelstiltskin could sue the farmer's daughter for breaching her end of the contract.
Ooo, that's a toughy.

Oh! Do the one frogprince! Lol, it'll be sexual harassment towards the frog XD
