Are there any Latino/hispanic supreme court cases involving civil rights?

Currently, one Hispanic man is suing the city of New Haven, Connecticut, along with 18 white men, for discrimination within the fire department, and the Supreme Court is due to hear the case very soon. A few years ago a test was administered to firefighters interested in a promotion in the fire department. When the test results showed that no blacks had scored high enough to qualify for a promotion, all the test results were thrown out, and no one was promoted.
