What are 10 landmark civil rights cases?

In your opinion what are 10 most important civil rights cases from 1900- present day. Such as Roe vs. Wade or Plessy Vs. FergussionWhat are 10 landmark civil rights cases?
Brown v. Board

Gideon v. Wainwright

Reynolds v. Sims

Griswold v. Connecticut

Miranda v. Arizona

Roe v. Wade

Frontiero v. Richardson

Regents of University

of California v. Bakke

Bowers v. Hardwick

Casey v. Planned ParenthoodWhat are 10 landmark civil rights cases?
Civil Rights Act of 1965 ...
There is one I know about: Moore vs REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA 1990 The Supreme Court ruled that we do not own our bodies or our biological material. (some doctor patented Moore's DNA because he had a rare disease, making tons of $$, meanwhile charging Moore for many years of visits - Moore lost)

Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka - School desegregation. - Right to Equal Treatment

Roe vs. Wade - Right to Privacy - of course the Patriot ACT pretty much does away with our privacy!

August 26, 1920

The Nineteenth Amendment is ratified. - giving women the right to vote. (not a case, but important!)

Congress passed the first drug-related civil asset forfeiture law as part of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970. The forfeiture provision, 21 USC § 881, authorized the government to seize and forfeit illicit drugs, manufacturing and storage equipment, and conveyances used to transport drugs. In 1978 and throughout the 1980s, Congress passed a number of “anti-drug” laws that expanded the government’s power to seize and forfeit property.4 Ostensibly aimed at attacking the proceeds of illicit drug traffickers, civil asset forfeiture has become a corrupting cash cow for law enforcement, and a serious threat to Americans’ constitutional rights.

Kelo et al v. City of New London - The Supreme Court ruled that Eminent Domain could be used for any commercial purpose - so if Wal-Mart wants to build a store where your house is; guess what? The government is on their side!

I'm sure there are many more, but where we have ';won'; some ';rights'; in the past, it is important to note how they are being taken away today!

Oh yeah! I forgot the one where they made the income tax legal - thereby taking away your right to not work for the government!

You can't let the government ';give'; you rights! Because what is given can always be taken away!
