What is the percentage of '' Motion for summary judgments granted'; in civil cases in general or in Colorado?

I am having an important case coming up and in a typical sneaky way the opposing party is trying unfairly to use a small technicality to get out of a major offense. What is the percentage of '' Motion for summary judgments granted'; in civil cases in general or in Colorado?
Summary judgments are rarely granted. There has to be absolutely no question of fact, or perhaps that the evidence is so heavily weighted that reasonable minds could not differ.

All a lawyer would have to do is make the argument that someone reasonable COULD see it the other way, and the court will deny Summary Judgment.
